Terms & Conditions

AmExAssure program is subject to the following conditions:

Consignments should have been booked using web platform.
Only Domestic consignments are eligible for AmExAssure.
Only Shipments booked under PREMIUM service for specific origin and destination PIN codes will be considered for coverage under AmExAssure program.
Only the Consignments which have not been delivered successfully to the destination within EDD due to reasons attributable to the company will be considered for AmExAssure refund.
Customers will be notified proactively if the shipment qualifies for a refund. Should they not receive such a notification within 3 working days of EDD, customers can notify Amex Logistics of a claim under AmExAssure, by reaching out to us at +91-8303683800 OR writing to us at customercare@amexair.com, within 7 working days of the shipment delivery date and share the consignment number (AWB).
Amex Logistics reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or modify the offer at any time. Amex Logistics also reserves the right to outline reasons for non applicability of the said moneyback guarantee. The decision of the company with regards to the moneyback will be final and binding .
Customers can not authorize any other party other than themselves to notify claims on their behalf nor assign claims to any other party.
Conditions under which AmExAssure will not apply:
1. Where late delivery or failure to deliver is due to circumstances beyond Amex Logistics control, as set out in the Amex Logistics Terms and Conditions of carriage and including but not limited to inaccurate or incomplete shipment information, delivery instructions or information, or receiver’s request for delay, shipment diversion or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery or to pay duties and taxes against delivery if requested.
2. If customers are shipping commercial shipments which require paperwork such as eway bill etc. incase of any delay due to non–provision of such documents will result in non applicability of the moneyback guarantee.
3. All claims will be null & void if the shipment is found to carry contraband material or other illegal/ unauthorized material or due to misdeclaration or omission of information on any party’s behalf.
4. If there is mismatch between content declared during booking and content actually shipped.
5. Shipments with overweight pieces (more than 100 Kgs.).
All other provisions of the Amex Logistics Terms and Conditions of Carriage apply.
The Guarantee is subject to modification or cancellation by Amex Logistics at any time.

AmExAssure is not applicable on International Bookings. It will only be applicable on Domestic Premium bookings in.

What are the conditions under which my booking will be approved for MoneyBack under AmExAssure?

The conditions to be met for the booking to be approved for MoneyBack under AmExAssure are:

Specific Origin & Destination pin codes visible while booking.
Booking should be done under PREMIUM service.
Date of Delivery should exceed the Expected Date of Delivery for reasons other than Customer requested reasons.

How do I request for a MoneyBack under AmExAssure in case my consignment is delivered late?

How will I know that my booking is eligible for AmExAssure?

In case your consignment is eligible for AmExAssure™, you will get to know it in the service selection page of the app during booking.

How will I know that my consignment has been approved for money back under AmExAssure?

You will receive an e-mail on your registered Email ID that money back has been approved for your consignment.

How much of the overall amount will be returned under AmExAssure?

The entire booking amount will be refunded to you.

Where will I receive the refund amount?

You will receive the refund amount back in the original payment mode used during booking the shipment.
